We feel very connected to the region and therefore offer a variety of apprenticeships in order to provide young peo- ple with high-quality training. This gives us the opportunity to train the highly qualified employees of tomorrow directly in our own company. As a recognized training company of the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce), we have been awarded several prizes for outstanding vocational training and orientation. This gives future trainees the chance to learn trades at first hand and gain intensive insights into an internationally active company with state-of-the-art production technology. We currently offer training in a total of seven apprenticeships and three part- time degree courses. A range of various student trainee positions offers students the opportunity to get to know process flows in various departments directly in practice. As an innovative, medium-sized company, we offer interesting and varied entry and promotion opportunities for interested people. In order to further develop the company, we strive for the highest possible diversification and broad applicability of the workforce.
